Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple restaurant locations in the Northern Indianapolis area.
- Foster an ownership mentality by driving operational success, improving team performance, and maximizing profitability.
- Ensure consistent food quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor restaurant managers and staff to achieve high levels of operational efficiency.
- Implement effective strategies for takeout and delivery services to maximize revenue and streamline operations.
- Manage P&L and budget planning, with a focus on cost control and maximizing profit margins.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, employee engagement, and overall restaurant performance.
Requirements:
