Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and top-tier guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and develop front-of-house team members to uphold company standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maintain profitability
- Support marketing and community engagement efforts to drive traffic and brand awareness
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and labor regulations
- Step in as acting GM when needed and contribute to overall business growth
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, QSR or full service concept
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- A hands-on, problem-solving approach with a guest-first mentality
- Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and P&L management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
