Key Responsibilities:

- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of fresh baked goods
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all baked products
- Operate baking equipment and ovens safely and efficiently
- Monitor dough fermentation and baking times to achieve optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve product offerings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bread baker, specifically with German baking methods and recipes
