Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise Department Managers, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Be a visible presence on the floor, actively involved in day-to-day operations to support and motivate the team.
- Train, mentor, and create growth opportunities for personnel, focusing on effective sales tactics and customer service excellence.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee all aspects of site operations, from daily activities to long-term strategic planning.
- Ensure consistent compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments.
Sales & Performance
- Set and meet sales goals, effectively utilizing company resources and strategies to drive revenue.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring performance metrics are consistently achieved.
Customer Experience
Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and fostering a positive customer experience.
Resource & Safety Management
- Manage resources effectively, including inventory, equipment, and personnel, to optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and maintain accountability within the team.
- Promote a safety-focused culture, ensuring compliance with regulations and proactively addressing safety concerns.
Schedule
10-hour shifts with availability for both day and evening shifts.
