We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead the financial operations of a multi-unit restaurant company. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong QSR or multi-unit restaurant accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Implement and maintain efficient financial systems and reporting tools.
- Conduct audits, cost analysis, and P&L management.
- Lead and develop the accounting team.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of accounting/finance leadership in a multi-unit restaurant or QSR setting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Experience with restaurant accounting software and financial systems.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable business insights.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- CPA or MBA (preferred but not required).
