Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to executive leadership.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation of tax filings.
- Collaborate with department leaders to optimize budgets and operational efficiency.
- Manage cash flow, capital expenditure planning, and financial risk assessment.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, financial regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance financial operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.

- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in managing multi-unit financial operations.
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
