As the Director of Culinary Concepts, you will be at the forefront of launching and overseeing our upcoming Michelin-level restaurant. This role is perfect for someone with a deep appreciation for Asian cuisine and fine dining, as well as the leadership skills to inspire and represent the company at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction of our Michelin restaurant concept, from opening to ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure top-tier standards of food quality and guest service.
- Act as the public face of the company, representing the brand in media, partnerships, and events.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners to promote the concept and drive brand growth.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with business goals, quality standards, and financial objectives.
- Work closely with the executive team to build and maintain the vision of the brand, with a focus on long-term growth and recognition.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fine dining, particularly in Asian cuisine.
- California-based
- A track record of leading successful culinary and restaurant operations, ideally with Michelin-level experience.
- Strong presence and well-put-together personal brand—you will be the face of the company.
- Ability to represent the restaurant in public settings, with excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Passionate about the restaurant industry and ready to take on a leadership role in an exciting new venture.
