Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational oversight across multiple locations, ensuring consistent execution of standards and procedures
- Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and their teams
- Monitor financials, drive sales, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Support talent acquisition, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with ownership to set and achieve growth goals and long-term strategies
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
