General Manager – High-Volume Car Wash

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead a high-volume, high-quality car wash operation. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and knows how to develop a strong, motivated team. You will be responsible for daily operations, growing unlimited memberships, maintaining top-tier equipment, and ensuring the business runs smoothly and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the car wash, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control, to maximize profitability.
• Lead and train staff in car wash techniques, detailing, and customer service best practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
