Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the car wash, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting and cost control, to maximize profitability.
- Lead and train staff in car wash techniques, detailing, and customer service best practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
