We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and lead our operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, acute financial management skills, and a proven track record of success in restaurant management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment and achieve team goals.
- Manage financials, including budgets, P&L statements, and cost control to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain consistency in food quality and service.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through innovative strategies and initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or Hospitality Manager.
- Strong customer service and leadership skills.
- General food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to recall ingredients and dishes.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as Toast (POS), OpenTable, and Restaurant 365.
- Acute financial management and budgeting skills.
- Strong organizational, motivational, and people skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Culinary Arts preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience.
- Bonus: 20% of salary, typically paid quarterly based on performance metrics.
