Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage P&L, labor costs, inventory, and food cost controls to meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute plans to drive sales and improve profitability.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food quality.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of General Manager experience in the QSR or fast-casual industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Understanding of financial statements, P&L management, and cost controls.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
