We are seeking an experienced Global Development Manager to drive expansion efforts and support strategic initiatives for a leading hospitality organization based in Orlando, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and develop international growth opportunities, including new markets and partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute expansion strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess potential locations and opportunities.
- Develop and manage business plans, financial models, and projections for new market entries.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including franchisees, partners, and vendors.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on international performance and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in international business development or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing expansion initiatives across multiple markets.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research, financial modeling, and business planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
