Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality service, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and uphold company policies and standards, ensuring a positive work environment and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control to optimize operational efficiency.
Team Management & Development
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to foster a cohesive and efficient team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching team members to reach their full potential.
- Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth operation during all shifts.
Financial Management
- Manage budgets, labor costs, and expenses to meet financial targets.
- Analyze sales and labor reports to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Drive revenue through local store marketing efforts and upselling initiatives.
Customer Experience
- Maintain high standards for guest satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and ensuring quality service.
- Cultivate a customer-focused environment, leading by example to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a management role within the food service industry.
- Hamburger University certified is a must.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- High level of organization, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and demands.
