What You’ll Do:
- Lead operations across multiple stores with a focus on speed, accuracy, and service
- Coach and develop General Managers and their teams
- Drive top-line growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Ensure brand standards and operational excellence
What You Bring:
- Experience as a multi-unit Director of Operations (20 locations)
- Background in Jimmy John’s, pizza, QSR, or fast-casual preferred
- Strong leadership, accountability, and performance management skills
- Proven success in P&L, labor control, and team development
