Qualifications

- Extensive experience in Michelin-starred or critically acclaimed restaurants specializing in Asian cuisine (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, or Pan-Asian fusion).
- Strong ability to balance culinary innovation with business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Proven track record in menu development, kitchen leadership, and maintaining exceptional food quality standards.
- Expertise in international ingredients, sourcing, and authentic cooking techniques.
