We are seeking a Vice President of Culinary Innovation to shape the future of a high-end, multi-unit restaurant brand. This confidential search is for an exceptional chef and strategist who thrives on elevating culinary experiences, driving menu innovation, and leading a team of talented chefs to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking culinary vision for fine dining Asian concepts.
  • Lead menu innovation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience with seasonally inspired and globally influenced dishes.
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to align culinary creativity with business objectives.
  • Build and mentor a best-in-class culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee ingredient sourcing, kitchen standards, and operational efficiencies to maintain the highest quality and consistency.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging flavors, and fine dining best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of executive-level culinary leadership, preferably as a Corporate Chef, VP of Culinary, or similar.
  • Extensive experience in Michelin-starred or critically acclaimed restaurants specializing in Asian cuisine (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, or Pan-Asian fusion).
  • Strong ability to balance culinary innovation with business strategy and operational efficiency.
  • Proven track record in menu development, kitchen leadership, and maintaining exceptional food quality standards.
  • Expertise in international ingredients, sourcing, and authentic cooking techniques.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
