Job Description

About the Role:

Assists in the coordination of facilities management related to building systems and assets for all company-owned Monro locations by performing the following duties.

Compensation:  The hourly range for this role is $20.00 - $24.00. Pay will be determined based on experience level.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Dispatch vendors and/or in-house maintenance staff for equipment repair at stores.
• Monitors and tracks work orders and progress to completion.
• Maintains a dispatch database.
• Prepares purchase orders for new equipment at the direction of management.
• Receive and document service requests and conduct follow-ups with Store and District Managers.
• Receive and process parts and supply requests.

Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years of experience in an automotive/facilities/equipment related field required.
• Must be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with store teammates.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Work independently, as well as in a team setting.
• Think critically and creatively to problem solve and come up with solutions.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to interact and present ideas must be open to constructive criticism.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
