Paraprofessional (Teacher’s Aide)
Job Description:
As a Paraprofessional, you will support teachers by assisting with classroom activities and helping students with individual learning needs, including those with special needs, learning difficulties, or language barriers. Your role is vital in ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.

Hourly Pay Range: $20.58 - $25.08
Annual Pay Range: $28,709 - $34,986
Hourly rate is based on years of full-time, verified, directly-related experience working with students.

Paraprofessional Degree Bonus/Supplement:

• Associate Degree: $1,200 annual supplement
• Bachelor’s Degree: $1,500 annual supplement
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree: $1,800 annual supplement

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or
• 60 College Credits or
• High School Diploma Passing score on the Parapro Asssessment of 450 or higher
