The Club at Crazy Mountain Ranch is a private membership experience set on 18,000 extraordinary acres in the state of Montana. Take one part working ranch, combine with golf, lodging, great food, and drink plus everything else there is to see and do and you've got something beyond special. Crazy Mountain Ranch is a project by Lone Mountain Land Company (LMLC) who manages the planning, entitlement, building, marketing, and sale of premier real estate communities around Big Sky, Montana.
This position has the ability to work out of our Bozeman office, but training is required on-site for the first three months of employment.

Act as a representative from accounting to all operations departments for OS item set up / modificationsWeekly Revenue AuditsEnsure all revenue entries for point of sale mapped to correct general ledger accountReview results to check for data integrityWork with operations department to improve data integrityDaily Revenue ReportingDistribution of Weekly Labor reportsAdvanced reporting on club related key performance indicatorsImprove revenue forecasting and benchmarkWork directly with senior analyst and budget directors / managers to budget and reforecast revenue using Adaptive.General support for all club related, non-payroll areas of AdaptiveSupport Accounts Receivable departmentCash ManagementWork with assistant controller on revenue related auditsAssist various club inventory areas including; Retail, golf, spa and F&B on their cash purchasing plansResponsibilities include :
Understanding & implementing accounting and finance best practices including basic internal controls, best practices for preparing / presenting financial schedules and other reconciliationsResponsible for the monthly reconciliation and analysis of assigned balance sheet accountsAble to perform general ledger maintenance including reclassification and month-end adjusting journal entriesRecording & tracking fixed assets including calculating depreciationRecording and reconciling of daily credit card depositsAssist with physical inventory entries and adjustmentsReconcile multiple cash bank accountsAssist business managers and senior accounting staff in the budget processAbility to quickly learn enterprise level accounting systems (Timberline, Dynamic GP or equivalent) and use advanced MS Excel functions to accomplish essential job dutiesExperience / Education Required :
Previous general accounting experience or knowledge preferredExperience with data extraction from accounting systemsSQL database experienceAdvanced Excel knowledgeSeeking degree; in business, finance, accounting, or related field.Prefer junior or senior level applicants.Proven experience using communication and organizational skills to accomplish goals.5-7 years of relevant experienceSkills :
