Do you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working with the public? If so, the Monroe County Human Services Department might have the job for you. We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant. Successful candidates will have graduated high school and are preferred to have related clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
Our Administrative Assistant greets the public, answers phone calls, schedules appointments, and provides information regarding services and programs to clients. This position also maintains confidential records, logs and processes referrals in multiple computer programs, and performs multifaceted clerical functions involving specific computer programs.
