Monroe Golf Club is seeking a full-time, self-motivated Accounting, Payroll & Human Resource Assistant with a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations to join the Monroe Golf Club Family. It is important that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to establish rapport with colleagues and our membership. There will be onsite ample training for this position and potential room for growth.

New Hire Onboarding Paperwork
Entering Employee Payroll Data and Timeclock Setup
Reviewing Hourly Time Punches
Review Daily Meal Periods for Compliance
Review Scheduling for Minors
Assisting in Employee Benefit Enrollment
Sexual Harassment Training
Annual Employee Handbook Updates
Become back up for Payroll Processing
Assist in Employee Events and General Employee Relations
Back up for Reception Desk occasionally
Office Supply Ordering
Filing and Other Administrative Projects as they arise
Specific Qualifications For The Role Include
Familiarity with Paychex Flex desired
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook programs
Assist in preparing reports and information as needed
Perform monthly benefit billing reconciliations
Knowledge of benefits administration desired
Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
Ability to multi-task/be flexible to handle changing duties throughout the day
Ability to work as part of a team and complete tasks individually
Hours
Mon-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (with some flexibility in schedule if needed)
Compensation
$23 - $26 per hour
