Community Manager
Monroe Group is looking for a Community Manager to join our team!
We are seeking a seasoned Community Manager who can manage an affordable LIHTC community. Our ideal candidates enjoy mentoring and developing their team, have the personality to positively interact with applicants, residents and teammates. They enjoy leading teams, like to work hard while having fun and are strong problem-solvers.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE has experience working at a Family Affordable Housing Apartment complex and shares our mission and vision, and values our commitment to customer service. He/she is a dynamic leader, possessing the ability to motivate and lead teams, and is fully competent with all phases of financial and variance reporting. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in PBS8, is marketing savvy, and is proficient in both MS Office (Word, Excel) and Property Management-related software preferably RealPage.
- Leading and mentoring a dynamic team
- Developing and managing the budget
- Ensuring the property is meeting KPI Goals for Occupancy, Collections, Compliance, Asset and Budget Management
- Submitting necessary weekly/monthly reporting
- Ensuring that site teams deliver Safe, Decent and Sanitary Housing to all our residents
- Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements:REQUIREMENTS for consideration are:
- High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree is preferred)
- Minimum of two (2) years as Community Manager
- Working Knowledge of OneSite or Yardi Software
- English language proficiency (read, speak and write)
- The ability to pass a full background check
Additional preferred requirements for Affordable Housing properties: Strong experience in affordable housing programs. Participated in Management and Occupancy reviews and UPCS/REAC Inspections. Experience with resident occupied project
renovations.
Additional Information:
- The work schedule is Monday-Friday (occasional weekends and evening as needed) ***
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle is required
