Federally Qualified Health Center seeking a Full-time Mid-Level Provider (FNP or PA). This position would provide GAP Provider coverage at our Union Clinic, Peterstown Clinic and Forest Hill Clinic. Requires WV License and Board certification or eligibility to secure Licensure. Provide acute care to all age populations. Clinic is open Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm, No Weekends. On-call is on a rotation.
