The Monroe Health Center is seeking a Medical Office Manager for the Forest Hill Health Center in Forest Hill, WV. Must be a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse. Do you have management/supervisory experience in a healthcare facility and are passionate about helping staff be successful and patients achieve their best patient experience? Look no further because The Forest Hill Health Center is looking for you! We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Nurse/Office Manager with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising employees and excellent computer proficiency using Electronic Medical Records Software. Experience with value based care and patient centered medical home models is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include maintaining employee schedules for adequate staffing, maintain compliance and company policies, managing patient flow, daily clinic collections and collaborating with MHC Administration for development of policy and recommending objectives for community needs. Must have good communication skills and be able to establish a good rapport with patients, staff and community members. The office hours of operation are Mondays through Friday 8am to 4:30 pm, no weekends. Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen are required.
