The Monroe Health Center seeks a dedicated Mid-Level Provider (FNP or PA) to deliver primary care medical services to patients of all ages, including acute and chronic care.
Role Responsibilities
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through:
- Conducting comprehensive health assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Providing preventative care measures to promote overall health and well-being
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Work Environment
