You will be responsible for performing various imaging procedures, including Diagnostic Radiographic, Cat Scan, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, or Special Procedures, according to department protocols. You will also participate in Performance Improvement activities, assist in maintaining Performance Improvement Program, and oversee radiology area and/or staff in manager/director absence.
Responsibilities:
- Perform imaging procedures according to department protocols.
- Participate in Performance Improvement activities.
- Assist in maintaining Performance Improvement Program.
- Oversee radiology area and/or staff in manager/director absence.
- Maintain department supplies.
- Promote teamwork and good customer service.
- Do scheduling for assigned sub departments.
- Maintain supplies and equipment for assigned sub department.
- Process and transmit images to PACS.
Qualifications:
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by state.
- Appropriate national certifications in two modalities.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations.
- One year of acute clinical radiography preferred.
- Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
- Proficient computer skills.
