Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support State License 1 Verification Job Details Holiday rotation Weekend rotation 4 weekends out of 6 3-12 hour shifts 7p-7a Job Requirements Required - Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification Valid Picture ID (State Drivers License, Passport, or State ID Card) Primary Source Verification State License 1 Verification Additional Details ACLS required for : ACU, Cath Lab, CCU, DOU, ED / ER, ICU, L&D, OR, PACU, RT, SDS and Tele ENPC is acceptable in lieu of PALS. Required for : ER, PACU, Cath Lab, RT, SDS & all Pediatric RNs Must score 80% or better. Required within 1 year of start. Color Blind Exam is required within 1 year of start. Required for all RNs within 1 year of start.
