*Job Summary* As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee all nursing operations within our facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for managing nursing systems, maintaining compliance with regulations, and leading a team of healthcare professionals. *Responsibilities* - Manage and coordinate nursing operations to provide efficient resident care - Implement and maintain systems to ensure quality care and compliance with regulations - Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and support - Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall resident well-being - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in nursing administration - Uphold resident rights and promote a culture of dignity and respect *Experience* - Previous experience in Acute Care or Nursing Home settings - Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations - Proficiency in Nursing Administration practices - Understanding of physiology and healthcare principles - Demonstrated leadership skills in managing healthcare teams - Familiarity with Hospice Care is a plus
