LOCATION OF POSITION: Monroe One BOCES - 41 O'Connor Road, Fairport NY 14450; In person at East Irondequoit Middle School and Penfield High School, except for new courses (PIG. Econ, Health).04/08/2022
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: July 11, 2022 – August 17, 2022; Hours: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Pre and post summer planning meetings as needed.
DUTIES:
1. Assist principal in overall administration of registration, instruction, discipline and building level operations.
2. Assist the principal in the selection, assignment, and orientation of staff.
3. Communicate with students, staff and parents.
4. Assist principal in his/her duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Administrative certification preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years teaching experience.
3. Experience teaching at high school level preferred.
4. Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodations).
Employment in the Cooperative Summer School program is enrollment/registration driven. Please note that previous employment in the Cooperative Summer School program does not guarantee future employment in the program. Rate of pay is per diem based on number of years of service in the Cooperative Summer School program. All Cooperative Summer School employees are paid on timesheets. Staff are expected to work all appointed days.
