- Lead and coach the 7th grade girls' softball team, providing instruction in the fundamentals of the game.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and competitiveness.
- Promote sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork among players, coaching staff, and fans.
- Ensure that all athletes maintain a high standard of academic achievement.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for the team.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with school staff, including administration, teachers, and maintenance/custodial staff.
- Coaching experience in softball is highly preferred.
- Proven skills in organization, strategy, and teaching fundamentals of the sport.
- Ability to instill and encourage a competitive spirit while maintaining proper sportsmanship and demeanor for the team, staff, and fan base.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, school staff, and parents.
- A commitment to academic success for all participants.
- Must be willing to uphold the standards of academic achievement and discipline expected by the school district.
