- Assist with managing and maintaining student health records, including health care plans.
- Provide first aid and emergency care under the direction of the Building Health Liaison and district nurses in accordance with school district policies and procedures.
- Support students with chronic health conditions or special medical needs as directed.
- Support the management of student medications and treatments according to district policy.
- Assist in health screenings, including checks for general health concerns and conditions affecting student well-being.
- Act as the Health Liaison in the absence of the Building Health Liaison.
- Must possess a high school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Medical experience is highly preferred but not required.
- Must be certified in CPR and basic First Aid.
- Strong analytical and computer skills, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and strong communication abilities are required.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations.
- Practical experience and proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Demonstrates a verifiable record of excellent, positive, and productive relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds, and a commitment to equal opportunity for all.

Assistant to the Building Health Liaison - Manor Elementary School
This is a union position that will be paid $15.00 per hour per the Assistant Master Agreement for 37.5 hours per week on an instructional year calendar.
Reports to: Building Principal and District Registered Nurses
Job Goal:
