We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual (English & Spanish) professional with strong leadership abilities and expertise in maintaining both electrical and mechanical systems. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations during the night shift, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth production processes. You will be expected to communicate effectively with the production team and assess when issues need to be escalated to the Maintenance Manager.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage maintenance operations during the night shift, ensuring all systems are running smoothly.
- Perform routine electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance on various production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and maintain smooth production processes.
- Assess situations and escalate issues to the Maintenance Manager as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies during maintenance activities.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with team members to ensure clear instructions and understanding.
