Staffing 360 Solutions is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to join us working hybrid in Shelton, CT !
DETAILS : Duration : Full time
Location : Shelton, CT (4-days onsite, 1 day remote)
Pay Rate : $52-54K
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Run daily bank reports, view and print information from lockbox and electronic transfers.
- Daily posting of revenue and cash applications by verifying and entering transactions from the lockbox
- Complete daily cash reporting for finance
- Research and resolve account discrepancies dealing with short payments and client inquiries
- Update client account files as required
- Collection and follow up on past due accounts
- Monitoring of 3rd party payers and Vendor Management Systems processes
- Follow-up of rating discrepancies with both field and client
- Assist with monthly reporting as needed
- Assist with internal and external audits
