Job Summary
The Custodian keeps offices, production, warehouse, cafeterias, and restrooms in clean and orderly condition; maintains exterior parking lots, buildings, and grounds; performs light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.

Operations
- Cleans floors by mopping, sweeping, and buffing; prepares cleaning solutions as needed.
- Empties refuse receptacles.
- Cleans, dusts, and/or disinfects various surfaces and furniture.
- Removes leaves and snow from sidewalks and performs seasonal tasks as needed.
- Collects and bails plastic and shrink wrap from production area.
- Performs light plumbing work, light electrical work, and light carpentry work.
- Must maintain regular and consistent attendance.
- Additional duties as assigned.
