Job Description
Monroe Staffing is hiring qualified assemblers for 1st and 3rd shift (8hours) with ASCO Power Technologies in Welcome, NC. These are permanent jobs with advancement opportunities, in a temperature controlled (AC and Heat!) warehouse right off of Highway 52. You will be using blueprints and hand tools to assemble metal components for electrical products (no electrical experience required). After initial probationary period, employees qualify for a robust benefits package including insurance, PTO, dental, and more!The ideal assembler would have :
- 6 months or more experience in a manufacturing setting
- Previous working knowledge of hand tools and air-powered tools
- Some familiarity or comfort with blueprints or diagrams
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion throughout the shift, with lifting up to or over shoulders
This position REQUIRES documentation of high school diploma or GED equivalent. Pay starts out at $15 / hour.
