Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mail Table Inkjet Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, running, and troubleshooting inkjet printing systems to produce high-quality printing jobs for our clients. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, quality control, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot inkjet printers, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
- Load and inspect digital files to ensure accuracy and consistency before printing.
- Create sample prints for client approval, adjusting as needed based on client feedback.
- Modify settings such as colors, spacing, and other variables to meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Load, run, and unload print jobs in a timely manner, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Monitor print runs for quality control, making real-time adjustments to maintain high print quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in inkjet printing, preferably in a mail table or similar environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, especially in quality control and meeting client specifications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and handle materials as needed.
- Basic computer skills for file management and printer settings.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital file processing.
- Knowledge of color management and print quality optimization.
