Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join us in the role of Manufacturing Engineer. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company in Welcome, NC, conveniently located off highway 52. The ideal candidate for this role would possess :
- B.S. Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing / Industrial, REQUIRED)
- Must have experience in Autocad and / or ProE
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2008 Standards, audits, and inspection techniques
- Experience to assist in training and evaluating hourly employees to insure knowledge transfer and adherence to company performance requirements including all customer technical requirements
- Must have ability to interact with Design Engineering, Quality Assurance, Test, Manufacturing, and Applications Engineering to effectively and collaboratively resolve any product issues that arise.
We are eager to identify individuals who not only meet these criteria but also align with company culture and values. The targeted base salary range is $78-84k. There is a possibility to receive a STIP (Short Term Incentive Plan) bonus. #SAL360
