Monroe Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Technician operates and maintains high-temperature, high-vacuum Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) equipment, supporting semiconductor, optical, and LED industries. We specialize in ultra-pure ceramic materials through CVD processes.
Location: Hudson, NH
Schedule:
2nd shift Monday – Friday 2:45PM – 11:15PM
3rd shift Sunday – Thursday 10:45PM – 7:15AM
3rd shift Sunday – Thursday 10:45PM – 7:15AM
Essential Functions:
- Maintain quality and documentation for product traceability.
- Stay alert for safety in the CVD process.
- Clean, maintain equipment, and perform preventative maintenance.
- Set up and monitor CVD furnace and vacuum systems.
- Follow ISO 9001:2008 standards.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S Initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned and comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years as a Manufacturing Technician.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.
- U.S. Person status required due to export laws.
- Experience with high vacuum, high-temperature systems, and electro-mechanical skills preferred.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and six sigma a plus.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to wear respirator, lift up to 60 lbs., and meet vision/hearing standards.
- Exposure to moving parts, fumes, and chemicals with provided PPE.
