Position Summary and Key Responsibilities :
We are seeking an Assembly Mold Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assemble and wire Hot Runner components based on engineering drawings while meeting production deadlines. The ideal candidate should have experience in plastics manufacturing and work independently with minimal guidance.
Core Responsibilities :
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to assemble and wire Hot Runner components.
- Set up and assemble molds / Hot Runners efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Produce high-quality products, checking all assembled parts for conformity to specifications.
- Maintain a safe work environment and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Work from both verbal and written instructions, fostering growth and enthusiasm among team members.
