Job Summary :
We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our warehouse team. The Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, scanning, and packing products for shipment based on customer orders, ensuring timely and correct deliveries. This role is essential to our distribution process and requires careful attention to detail, good physical stamina, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Order Picking : Accurately pick items from shelves using order sheets, RF scanners, or pick lists.
- Packing & Shipping : Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, following specified procedures.
- Inventory Management : Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance : Follow all safety guidelines, including the correct handling of equipment and materials.
- Equipment Operation : Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment (if certified) to move items within the warehouse.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of order completion and inventory updates.
