Monroe Staffing, a division of Staffing 360 Solutions, is a leading staffing agency in the U.S. in the light industrial sector.

We are hiring a Packer (7 pm-7 am Shift) for a large commercial printing plant in Streetsboro, OH.

The ideal candidate will possess experience following procedures to perform routine packing work.

Location: Streetsboro, OH 44241

Hours: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (12-hour shift)

Salary: 17.00/Hour

Key Responsibilities of the Packer:

• Pick and package a variety of printed materials or print-related products.
• Must have excellent knowledge of routine and non-routine packing procedures, techniques, equipment, and basic warehouse procedures.
• Require basic skill in using heat sealers, cutters, and hand and power tools.
• May be asked by the Shift Supervisor to provide guidance, training, or leadership to less experienced packers. Perform other duties as assigned by shift Supervisor.
• Must be able to maintain focus and productivity rate when working independently.
• Must have the aptitude to read various types of measuring instruments (rulers, line gauges, etc.).
• Must be able to execute physical motions/requirements of the job safely.

Qualifications for the Packer:

• Packer must be able to lift to 40 lbs. occasionally with or without assistance
• Packer must be able to keep pace with the machine
• Can work in a team environment
• Packer must have an in-depth understanding of basic printing technologies
• Excellent physical strength and stamina
• Excellent time-management skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
