Monroe Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of quality assurance and continuous improvement for our client. In this role, you will ensure that products, processes, and systems meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain quality standards, drive process improvements, and uphold ISO 9001 : 2015 compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Leadership : Establish and maintain a culture of quality excellence within the organization.
- Compliance & Audits : Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 : 2015 standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Process Improvement : Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce defects.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Use quality metrics and statistical tools to analyze trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Supplier & Customer Relations : Work closely with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues and enhance product reliability.
- Training & Development : Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality into all aspects of operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in quality assurance, quality management, and process control within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2015 and quality management systems (QMS).
Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D Problem Solving, and CAPA.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Quality certifications (CQM, CQE, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) are a plus.
