About the Role
As a Fleet Information and Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and providing operational support for our internal fleet. You will be responsible for ensuring that our remote product offerings are used effectively within the organization and that our live database is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, you will manage and monitor our entire fleet of units in inventory, including technical faults, service intervals, and down machines.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. An understanding of construction and agriculture technology or medium/heavy duty mechanics is also desirable. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to plan and supervise indirectly the work of others.

- Build relationships with point of contacts at internal dealer locations.
- Manage all phases of system deployment.
- Assist with ongoing support of our associates and their remote access.
