Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from potential customers to generate sales appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize CRM system to track and manage customer interactions and sales opportunities
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Continuous follow up with customers to assist sales teams
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
Skills:
- Desire to assist customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets if applicable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to learn
- CRM software knowledge a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships
- Strong work ethic/ punctuality a must
