- Contributing to various aspects of nursery operations, from propagation to sales.
- Engaging in classroom learning and scheduled field trips to expand your knowledge base.
- Collaborating with experienced craftsmen to develop your skills.
We are looking for a motivated individual who:
- Pursues a degree in Ornamental Horticulture or a related field, or has relevant experience/knowledge in the industry.
- Is eager to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Communicates effectively verbally and in writing.
- Can work Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm and half-day on Saturdays.
- Is able to maneuver around the office and nursery, can lift up to 35 pounds, and perform repetitive motions with reasonable accommodation.
- Exhibits interest in career opportunities with Monrovia after completing the internship.
