- Attendance Record within Company Policy
- Ability to effectively communicate with the sales department, coach, and craftsmen.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime when needed.
- Valid Driver’s License and driving record with company guidelines
- 2 year’s computer experience.
- Ability to analyze data and forecast trends.
- Must have good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and pay attention to details.
- US general geographic knowledge desired.
- Ability and willingness to work in other assigned areas when directed by the coach.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accomplish company objective of “on-time” shipping by creating efficient routes.
- Work with Carriers and Brokers to negotiate the best rates in support of our cost objectives.
- Develops broad knowledge of customer locations and sales staff in the region.
- Effectively communicate with drivers, loading and label room coaches, and loading team leaders about the status of loads.
- Support administrative tasks related to the local fleet.
- Coordinate local delivery routes with drivers.
- Support shipping team with pick and ship confirmation activities as needed
- Support other routers within the department and other nurseries

- May include but not limited to working in inclement weather, working and focusing at a computer terminal for long periods, being able to handle high-stress levels, and working at a fast pace.
