Your role will be selling window packages to our clients in the Tahoe/Truckee, CA area. Previous experience in construction and window sales is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust client connections, understanding their unique needs, and delivering exceptional service.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Craft and execute targeted sales strategies to exceed set sales goals.
- Product Expertise: Master the details of our window package offerings, effectively conveying value to clients and setting us apart in the marketplace.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations tailored to client interests, highlighting the advantages of choosing us.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate agreements that align with company objectives and ensure optimal profitability.
- Sales Reporting: Keep precise and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and opportunities using our CRM platform.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales colleagues and cross-functional teams to drive collective success.
- Budgeting and Contract Development: Coordinate with the Estimator to create comprehensive budgets and contracts seamlessly.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience: 5-7 years of proven success in a construction sales role. Experience in window and/or door sales is highly desirable but not required.
- Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience, meeting or exceeding annual sales targets of $1 million.
- Industry Insight: Direct experience in the construction industry is highly desirable.
