POSITION SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS

- This position requires considerable physical activity on a continuous basis throughout the shift.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Be 21 years of age.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following non-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned. - Ensure all areas are guest ready prior to opening and maintained during operation hours.
- Clean and tidy up all indoor and outdoor public areas, including but not limited to tasting room, restrooms, restaurant seating area.
- Deep clean Bride and Groom suites in an orderly condition.
- Clean employee workstations and restrooms.
- Must be able to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, pushing and pulling and simple grasping frequently, overhead reaching and fine manipulation occasionally.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Self-starting personality and able to work with little direction.
- Ensure the safety of guests and associates.
- Perform any other tasks as requested by Management and Event Coordinators.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in typical conditions of a tasting room to include hard flooring with uneven ground. May occasionally be exposed to wet floors. On the grounds, may encounter walking on grass, dirt, debris, uneven ground, vineyards, etc.
Required to perform duties in an indoor and outdoor environment in a variety of settings, including restaurant dining hall and outdoor courtyard. May need to be adaptable to working in changing temperatures (i.e. heat, cold, rain and wind).

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
