What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Branch Manager position at Monson Savings Bank?
Monson Savings Bank is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Manager for our Wilbraham Branch. Primarily responsible for assisting the manager in overseeing the efficient operation of branch functions and supervising branch staff. Additional responsibilities include processing various customer service activities such as opening new accounts, CD renewals, IRA's, and any other customer service necessitated by the nature of the customer's banking needs. Position also involves resolving customer's complaints, inquiries, and problems.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position and works in the Wilbraham Branch, located at 100 Post Office Park, Wilbraham, MA.

Skills / Qualifications : Position requires a professional, customer service-oriented supervisor with knowledge of the banking industry and retail operations. Excellent written and verbal communication, networking and organizational skills are required. Must be adaptable, reliable and possess the ability to work successfully in a team environment. Excellent math abilities; computer literate, i.e., familiar with Windows environment. Requires a team approach to work responsibilities; ability to prioritize and manage time; ability to manage multiple responsibilities; and, proven interpersonal and supervisory skills.
Experience & Education : Associate's Degree preferred and minimum 3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
