Position Summary:
In the position of Hierarchy Specialist, you will be responsible for processing, validating, and maintaining confidential global organizational hierarchy data across multiple databases. Serve as a critical foundation, funneling information in support of approval flows and visibility access for Sales, Accounting, and Marketing teams across various platforms.
Essential Job Functions:
- Administer and maintain complex organization structures and bottler contacts to ensure accuracy of customer information used for payments, reimbursements, samples, and data stewardship.
- Manage change forms and applicable inboxes to process new hires, terminations, position changes, employees’ updates, and various systems and tools.
- Develop and improve audits to promote data consistency and integrity across the multiple platforms including Hierarchy App, CFP, DFP, Samples Portal, Invoice Portal, Salient, and SAP and act as an intermediator between the sales, finance, and IT team to streamline systems to improve overall operation.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits to ensure accuracy with Hierarchy App database, Call Point and Bottler Hierarchy alignments against VIP, SAP, Hierarchy, and Salient, and Bottler Portal and Samples Portal validations.
- Process Sold-To, Ship-To and Call Point new setups and transitions and communicate updates to appropriate departments and stakeholders.
- Identify, research, and communicate domestic and international hierarchy misalignments to stakeholders and necessary parties for proper resolution.
- Validate division and cost center alignments, and employee hierarchy monthly for MEC worldwide and Monster Brewing employees.
- Cultivate a positive working relationship with internal and external teams maintaining high level of confidentiality on all the information being managed.
- Participate in team meetings and lead departmental meetings with various teams making recommendations for process improvements, training, and communicating new initiatives.
- Work with international teams, sales operations, and IT to incorporate and align international hierarchy into Hierarchy App.
Position Requirements:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of- - Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in organizational structure management
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in data management and analysis
- Computer Skills Desired: Advance in Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation), experience in processing, validating, and maintaining large datasets ensuring data integrity, SAP, Salesforce
- Preferred Certifications: Automation tools and workflow approvals to streamline data access and reporting (python, SQL,
PowerBI) - Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience with cross-functional collaboration, handling confidential employee and customer information with high attention to security and compliance standards. As the subject matter expert in hierarchy data, the Specialist must have a deep understanding of the business processes and internal systems
Base Salary Range: 68,640K - 73,000K
