What are the responsibilities and job description for the Damage Claims Coordinator position at Monster Energy?
Position Summary:
In the position of Coord, Damage Claims you will be analyze, create, and submit claims to external vendors for inventory losses. Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure all necessary cost assumptions are incorporated and all pertinent information is documented.
Essential Job Functions:
- Create claims initiated by cross-functional internal team members to recoup inventory losses. This will include the solicitation of all required documentation.
- Develop cost builds to determine the value of each claim. Analyze all activities related to the claim and ensure respective financial impacts are incorporated.
- Follow up on open claims to ensure the claims are dispositioned correctly and within a timely manner.
- Administrative duties, including claims reporting, organization efforts, and process improvement.
- Address any disputes initiated by our vendors to confirm payment is received in full and within an acceptable time period. Accommodate requests from clients and provides accurate documentation and detailed information
- Maintain detailed records of all claims processed, including documentation, correspondence, and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Implement way to improve the damage claims process
Position Requirements:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in claims processing
- Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative role, customer service
- Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP

Base Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
